Remote Learning

Remote Learning - SPRING TERM 2021

Hi Year 5!

So, here we are in Lockdown again! Don't worry though; your learning can continue at home!

Below, there is a 5 day and 10 day learning schedule with all activities planned and resourced for you to follow with suggested timings and some additional fun challenges to keep you ticking over for the next few weeks. I will also continue to upload weekly spelling, handwriting and SPaG practice on Seesaw.

**Please focus on the 5 day learning schedule for the remainder of this week (6th - 8th Jan 21) and choose the activities you want to complete and then begin the 10 day schedule from next week (Mon 11th Jan 21).

Remote Learning is not optional and you will be expected to complete your work at home!**

I know that not everyone has a printer at home, so all of the tasks are online - the worksheets for maths are on Seesaw, so they can be completed online too. I would love to see some photos of your work or you working at home, just so I can check in with you. I will also make weekly contact with you either via a phone call or a google meet invitation, and I will also be completing regular live readings of "Who let the Gods out?" which I will invite you to via email.

Keep checking this page and log in to Seesaw as this is  the easiest way for me to set/feedback to work and the best place for you to upload your work for me to check. If you have any issues accessing Seesaw, please email me at as soon as possible or ring the school office on 0151 4778210 and I will sort something out for you.

Remember to try to keep to a structure and a routine but don't put too much pressure on yourselves. Mental health and Emotional wellbeing is just as important too. Take regular breaks and take regular daily exercise.

Stay safe, stay healthy in body and mind and keep smiling!

Lots of love,

Mrs Hudson xxsmileyheart
