British Values

Eastcroft Park Primary School

Promoting British Values

“Proud to be the best that I can, a seeker of knowledge,

secure in a diverse and changing world”

In 2011, the government defined British Values as democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs.  At Eastcroft Park we believe that our aims and values; our curriculum and our extensive enrichment activities enable us to nurture our children as they undertake their learning journey.  We strive to help our children by giving them experiences that develop them academically, spiritually, morally, socially and culturally. We encourage them to develop as individuals; fostering in them the attributes that enable them to grow into respectful, tolerant British and world class citizens that can thrive in the 21st century.

Please click on the documents below to see how we promote British Values and SMSC within our school.  As the year goes on we will add further photographs to the page, so please return and see what we have been up to.
