Eastcroft Park school events calendar for parents:

We have created a school calendar that parents can subscribe to and import into their calendar on their own devices. We feel that this enables us to ensure parents are aware of as many school events as possible.

To access this calendar there are two links below and a QR code to the calendar. These links can be added to the calendar on your own laptop or device by using the instructions below.

Use a link to add a public calendar

1. On your computer, open Google Calendar. (www.calendar.google.com)
2. On the left, next to "Other calendars," click Add other calendars   From URL.
3. Enter the URL of the published calendar.
4. Click Add calendar.
   • The calendar displays on the left, under "Other calendars.

Use a link to add a public calendar - Andriod devices

1. You must first follow the instructions above to add the calendar.
2. Calendar events should appear on the 'Google Calendar' app.

Use a link to add a public calendar - Apple devices

1. On your iPhone tap the Settings icon, then scroll down and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Select the Add Subscribed Calendar option, fill in the Google Calendar URL in the Server box and click Next. Change any settings you see fit before saving the calendar. You do not need a username or password.

Use the Google Calendar app - Apple devices

1. On a computer or browser on your device, open Google Calendar. (www.calendar.google.com)
2. Log in with an existing google account or create a new one.
3. On the left, next to "Other calendars," click Add other calendars   From URL.
4. Enter the URL of the published calendar.
5. Click Add calendar.
6. Download the 'Google Calendar' app on your device & log in with the account used above.
