    As part of ‘A Chance To Talk’ in Kirkby, the speech and language therapist is in school between 9am and 12noon on Friday mornings on a fortnightly basis to provide 1:1 support for children. This will commence Friday 19th May 2017. As well as this, ‘A Chance To Talk’ also offers whole school support to ensure communication friendly classrooms and small group interventions to provide optimum speech and language opportunities focusing on Reception age through to Year 2.

  • E-safety session for parents 20/3/17

    There will be an e-safety session for all parents and carers on Monday 20th March from 2.15pm to 3.15pm. Given the prevalence of the use of technology by children as young as 3 or 4, particularly the use of social media by older children, it is VITAL all parents have a knowledge of e-safety. Parents need to be aware of the dangers that technology poses and methods to keep their children safe when online. I would urge ALL parents to attend as this is vital information to safeguard your child.
