Due to restrictions in place throughout the whole school, there will be specific instructions for drop-off and pick up for transition sessions this week. Apologies for any confusion this may cause.

The allocated groups will follow, along with specific instructions regarding drop-off and pick up for each session.

Your child ONLY attends for their scheduled times:

Mon 7/9/20 9.30am – 11.30am Group A – Entry & exit from school front office.

Mon 7/9/20 1.00pm – 3.00pm Group B - Entry from school front office & exit from classroom door (enter playground gate).

Tue 8/9/20 9.00am – 1.00pm (incl. lunchtime) Group A – Entry from classroom door (enter playground gate) & exit from school front office.

Wed 9/9/20 9.00am – 1.00pm (incl. lunchtime) Group B – Entry from classroom door (enter playground gate) & exit from school front office.

Thu 10/9/20 9.00am – 3.00pm (whole day) Group A - Entry & exit from classroom door.

Fri 11/9/20 9.00am – 3.00pm (whole day) Group B - Entry & exit from classroom door.

Dear Parents/Carers,

We hope you have enjoyed the summer!

We are really looking forward to welcoming the children back to school tomorrow. School staff have been busy preparing classrooms and making the necessary arrangements to welcome the children back to school and to keep the children and the school community as safe as possible.

Please ensure that you have read the September Opening information which has been posted on the school website, Twitter and ParentApp.

Here are a few key points to remember;

• All children will return to school tomorrow, Thursday 4^th September (with the exception of children in Nursery and Reception)
• Children can arrive anytime between 8.40 am and 9.00 am.
• If you arrive late you must report to the door of the main office and wait for a member of staff.
• For Thursday and Friday of this week children will return to the class and teacher that they had last year.
• If your child was in Mrs Lyons or Mrs Woods class, please drop your child off at the Key Stage 1 playground. All other year groups should be dropped off at the Key Stage 2 playground.
• Please maintain social distancing at all times.
• If your child has a packed lunch it must be in a disposable bag. No other bags or equipment should be brought to school.
• Please collect your child from the drop off point anytime between 2.50 pm and 3.10 pm. Please ensure that your child is collected on time.

This is a challenging time for everyone but we hope to make the return to school as pleasant an experience as possible for your child/ren.

Staff will be available in the morning to answer any queries and direct children to the correct entrances.
