Kirkby Cluster

A team of both boys and girls from years 4-6 attended the Kirkby Cluster of the Indoor Sportshall Athletics event held at Kirkby High School on Thursday 1st November.

The children competed extremely well in both the field and track events.

 

The children finished in 2nd place with a very good score of 206 points and will progress to the Knowsley Finals to be held later this year!

 

Knowsley Finals

Following on from their success in the Kirkby Heat the children returned to Kirkby High School on Monday 10th December to attend the Indoor Sportshall Athletics Finals.

Again the children competed well, this event was extremely close with the team finishing in 9th place with a score of 186 points.
